• Session Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm Perennial – Here for All in Horticulture (followed by light refreshments)

This inclusive, informative session delivered by Helen Waddington (Head of Development) alongside a panel of industry supporters, will offer a practical overview of how Perennial can support both yourselves and your staff and highlight how we can work together to create a stronger more supported workforce.

Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting out, this is an opportunity to:

• Discover how Perennial supports people across the industry, focussing specifically on personal wellbeing of yourselves, your colleagues ,your networks and the wider horticultural community.
• Ask questions and hear real-life examples.
• Build connections with others in the sector.
• Have the opportunity to meet other members of the Perennial team, as well as The Glasshouse Collective.
