For over 40 years, Maggy Howarth studios has pioneered techniques in the art form of pebble mosaic, producing stunning floorscapes for private homes and gardens around the world.

Whether customising a classic Maggy Howarth design or commissioning  something utterly unique, the process for clients is often a very personal experience, reflecting the fact that our mosaics are fabricated to last for centuries to come.

Led by Master Craftsman Mark Currie, the studio team is committed to a slow, hand-crafted process requiring no little patience and skill. We are meticulous in the selection of the very best materials, from semi precious pebbles like Amazonite and Lapis Lazuli, to beautiful Lakeland slate which is carved to create the features that pebbles can’t.
